Property Assessment Roll
The new property assessment roll will be deposited on November 12th, 2010 and comes into force on January 1st, 2011. It is the basis for your 2011, 2012 and 2013 tax bills. Your notice of property assessment will be mailed to you with your 2011 tax bill. The roll is also available for consultation at the Town Hall or on the internet (http://ville.montreal.qc.ca/evalweb) beginning November 12th, 2010.
