Refunds will only be accepted 2 weeks into the program and will only be considered upon receipt of a written request. All refunds will be subject to an administrative charge of $35.
Refunds will only be considered upon receipt of a written request. Refunds requested prior to May 13th will be subject to a 20% administrative charge. Requests from May 13th prior to the start of camp will be subject to a 30% administrative charge. All requests made after the start of camp will be subject to a 35% administrative charge and will be pro-rated weekly. Once the week has begun, it is considered to have been completed.
Refunds will only be considered upon receipt of a written request. Refunds requested prior to the start of the program will be subject to an administrative charge of $35. Once the program has started refunds will be as follows: For one session: 1st week of program: $35 plus 10%, 2nd week of program: 35$ plus 20%. No refund after the 2nd week. For 3 sessions: Any request made after 2 weeks of any session, that session will be considered completed for the purposes of the refund. A $35 administrative charge plus 10% will be deducted to the remaining session(s).
Any refunds requested for medical reasons will be considered at any time, provided a valid doctor’s note has been provided with the written request. If granted, the refund will be pro-rated on the unused portion of the fee and a 10% administrative charge will be applied in all cases.
